Walk among the Big Five, always at a safe distance and under the watchful eyes of highly qualified rangers.
Kruger National Park offers many safe hiking routes. On the morning of your walk, the rangers will select a route, taking into account animal movements and recent sightings.
The walk is never at a fast pace, but you should be able to walk around the block a few times. This activity is not suited for children under the age of twelve, but exceptions can be made after consulting with the rangers.
Besides the possibility to encounter wildlife, the walk is also a great way to learn about the animals and plant life of Kruger National Park. The rangers enjoy sharing their knowledge, so feel free to ask!
The walk includes a light picnic at a scenic point along your route.
